At Vintage World By Asta, we take great care in packaging and shipping every item. Each piece is carefully inspected, photographed, and securely packed to help ensure it arrives safely.

1. Shipping

1.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During holidays or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may occasionally be longer.

1.2 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected destinations within:

· Lithuania

· European Union countries

· Non-EU European destinations

· United States

· Canada

· Australia

· New Zealand

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund orders if shipping to a destination becomes unavailable, unsafe, excessively restricted or impractical.

Non-EU Europe (selected destinations) 5–14 business days 3–7 business days

United States 1–4 weeks 3–7 business days

Australia & New Zealand 2–8 weeks 5–12 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

1.4 Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking whenever available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your shipment's journey.

Please note that tracking updates depend on the carrier and local postal services and may not always update in real time.

1.5 Packaging

All shipments are carefully packed using protective materials suitable for fragile vintage crystal and glassware.

1.6 Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their country.

Vintage World By Asta is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

1.7 Damaged Parcels

We take great care when packaging fragile items and use secure packing methods designed to protect vintage crystal and glassware during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assess the situation and file claims when necessary, please provide:

· Clear photographs of the damaged item

· Photographs of the internal packaging materials

· Photographs of the outer shipping box

· Photographs of any visible shipping damage

After reviewing the information, we may offer:

· A full refund, or

· A replacement item, if a suitable replacement is available

We always aim to resolve such situations fairly and through open communication.

1.8 Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

A shipment may be considered lost if:

· 45 days have passed since dispatch for most destinations, or

· Up to 60 days have passed for longer-distance destinations such as Australia or New Zealand.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If the shipment is officially considered lost, we may offer:

· A full refund, or

· A replacement item, if available

2. Returns

We gladly accept returns.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

· The item must be returned in its original condition

· The item must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration

· The item must be returned in its original packaging

· The item must be securely packed for return shipment

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return address will be provided upon return approval.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or a confirmed shipping-related issue.

4. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted before an item has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the return policy outlined above.
