2. Products

Vintage World By Asta specializes in vintage crystal and glassware. Most items offered for sale are vintage and pre-owned. Occasionally, unused vintage items may also be available. Due to the vintage nature of these items, signs of age and use may be present and should be expected. We carefully inspect every item before listing it for sale and strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs.

3. Product Condition

Many vintage crystal and glass items were handmade or produced using manufacturing methods that differ from modern production standards.

Minor manufacturing characteristics may be present, including:

· Small air bubbles

· Minor inclusions within the glass

· Slight color tone variations

· Slight differences in thickness or weight

· Minor handmade irregularities

· Manufacturing marks characteristic of older crystal and glass production

These characteristics are considered part of the item's original production and are not regarded as defects. Any significant chips, cracks, scratches, repairs, or other condition issues observed during inspection will be clearly described and, whenever possible, shown in photographs.

Product photographs form an important part of the item description and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

· The item becomes unavailable

· A pricing or listing error occurs

· Shipping to the destination is unavailable or impractical

· Fraudulent activity is suspected

· Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfillment

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their country.

Vintage World By Asta is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
